CNC Press Brake Operator - relocation to Daventry is required

* Salary: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour (initial rate based on experience) Plus up to 20% attendance/overtime bonus each month - £15.90 p/h achievable in your first full month!

About the Role:
We are seeking skilled CNC Press Brake Operatives to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components to precise specifications.
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm
Duties:
* Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (e.g., Amada, Bystronic, Trumpf)
* Load raw materials and unload finished parts
* Interpret and follow technical drawings and bend instructions
* Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances
* Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
* Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate when necessary
* Organize work area and contribute to department upkeep
* Support workload planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience operating CNC press brake machines in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production setting
* Hardworking, reliable, and determined attitude
* Good level of spoken English for clear communication
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
