CNC Press Brake Operator Magherafelt Wage: £14.50 upwards, depending on experience Full-time - Permanent role Join a Growing Manufacturing Team Due to continued business growth and increasing customer demand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Press Brake Operator to join our expanding production team. The Role Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in the fabrication of precision-engineered components by operating and setting CNC press brake machinery. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brakes in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications Fabricate high-quality components using standard punches and dies Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and work instructions Inspect finished parts using verniers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment Make adjustments as required to ensure components meet specification Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements Support company quality objectives and ISO 9001:2015 standards What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Attributes Previous experience operating press brake machinery within a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience using measuring equipment including verniers and calipers Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering high standards Experience Required Minimum 1 year's experience in a manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
