Machine Shop Supervisor, 5-axis CNC Programmer – ideally with Hypermill
We’re looking for an experienced 5-axis CNC Programmer – ideally with Hypermill experience – to join a high-quality precision components manufacturer based in Aylesbury.
Salary up £50,000 experience related.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on CNC programming but is also confident taking on supervisory responsibilities, leading a small, skilled team in the machine shop.
Enjoy a great work–life balance with a 4-day working week – every weekend starts early.
What You’ll Be Doing
Programming and operating 3 & 5 Axis CNC Mills
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Ensuring top-quality output and precision
Leading and supporting the machining team
Collaborating on continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
