CNC Programmer
Location: Coventry, Warwickshire
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
CNC Programmer Pay: £20.00 £22.00 Per hour Dependent on experience.
CNC Programmer Shifts - Day Shifts
Monday to Friday. Half Day on Friday.

CNC Programmer Key Responsibilities
• Strong technical skills in programming and seng 3/5 Axis milling machines with Heidenhain controls.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot Technical issues.
• Provide technical training to cell team members.
What we’re looking For in a CNC Programmer:
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
