Job Description
Are you a CNC Setter/Programmer looking for a new career opportunity to join a stable, growing company and team based in the heart of Birmingham that produce Precision Components and Parts?

Annual Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 DOE
Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday on days

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate the CNC machine to produce high-quality components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
Perform routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming or performance.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Requirements:
Proven experience setting, programming, and operating CNC machines, preferably with Mazak controls (Matrix 2).
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with similar multi-axis turning centres or Mazak machines.
