Key Responsibilities:
Develop and write CNC programs for various machining operations
Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Set up and operate CNC machines
Conduct test runs and ensure precision and quality standards are met
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize processes
Maintain accurate documentation of programs and processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Proficiency with CNC programming software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, Siemens, Heidenhain)
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues
Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
