Job Description
A highly respected and fast-growing manufacturing customer of ours in Oxfordshire are looking for an experienced Tool Path Programmer with a strong background in Fusion 365 to join their engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about modern CNC programming techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Create efficient and accurate tool paths using Autodesk Fusion 365
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimise machining strategies
Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings and 3D models
Assist in process planning and fixture design for new jobs
Continuously refine and improve existing tool paths to boost productivity
Troubleshoot programming issues to ensure first-time-right production
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tool Path Programmer using Fusion 365
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
