Role Overview
We are recruiting a proactive and experienced CNC Programmer to support our client’s operational team in Sheffield. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency and supporting production teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes.

Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S principles.
*
Create 3D models and produce 2D technical drawings.
*
Generate CNC programmes.
*
Develop routing plans for component flow through machine shops.
*
Support projects, including custom design work.
About You
*
Proficient in offline CNC programming
*
Experience with CAD/CAM and CNC programming
*
Skilled in creating 3D models and manufacturing drawings
*
Experience using programme verification tools
*
Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principlesBefore You Apply
