CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator – Days
Kingswinford | £16.00 – £17.00 per hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus
Monday to Friday | 06:00 – 14:30
Permanent | Full-time | Fastener Manufacturing
Join a world-class precision engineering company specialising in the production of high-quality fasteners. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our daytime shift team and help drive quality and performance in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Programming and setting CNC turning machines (Fanuc controls)
Producing components to tight tolerances and customer specifications
Reading engineering drawings and working independently to deliver high-precision parts
Carrying out self-inspection and ensuring quality is maintained
Reporting tooling needs and ensuring the work area is kept clean and safe
Supporting continuous improvement and development of machining processes
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of CNC programming experience (Fanuc essential)
Previous experience working with fasteners or in precision engineering
Strong understanding of turning processes, hand tools, and measurements
Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
Self-motivated, reliable, and quality-focused
