CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator
Location: Rochdale, UK
Full Time - 37 Hours per Week
£18.50-£20.50 per hour DOE + Paid Overtime + Company Pension
Core Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4:00pm, Fri 7:30am-12:00pm
My client is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their precision engineering team. This is a hands-on role working with a Mazak VTC 800/20 CNC machining centre using Mazatrol control systems and Edgecam CAM software.
You’ll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating the machine to produce precision components to tight tolerances, using both Mazatrol and third-party CAD/CAM software.
Experience with additional CNC machines or manual lathes would be an advantage, but training will be provided where needed.
What My Client is Looking For:
Proven experience with Mazak CNC mills and Mazatrol control systems
A good understanding of turning, milling, boring etc
Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings
Familiarity with Edgecam or similar CAD/CAM software (training available)Before You Apply
