CNC Programmer/Operator - Birmingham - up to £40,000 - Permanent

A long-established precision engineering business is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator to join its highly collaborative, close-knit team. The team operates with modern machining technology, including hyperMILL - a modular CAD/CAM platform supporting 2.5D, 3D and 5-axis machining, as well as high-speed and high-performance cutting strategies. Experience with hyperMILL is a genuine advantage, though not essential for the right candidate.

Programming and operating CNC machines to produce accurate, high-quality parts

What you'll need
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator
hyperMILL experience is beneficial
Resides within the Birmingham area
Strong team player - this team values cooperation over lone-wolf working
A commitment to precision, consistency and safe working practices
