CNC Programmer/Setter
💰 £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (DOE)
🕒 Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm
📍 Location: Bilston

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter to join a well-established engineering company based in the Bilston area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a stable, full-time role with excellent working hours and the potential to earn extra through overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines using Fanuc, or similar controls based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Set and operate CNC machinery to produce precision components.
Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC programming and setting.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD files.
Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
