Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Driving Requirement: Must have a valid driving licence and access to transport
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer, Setter & Operator to join our team in Birmingham. This is a full-time position working on high-quality cabinetry components, using a 3-axis CNC machine, edge bander, and panel saw.
Training will be provided on the relevant software, making this a great opportunity for someone with foundational CNC experience who is looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming, setting, and operating a 3-axis CNC machine for cabinetry production
Working with edge banders and panel saws to complete component fabrication
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring high standards of quality and precision in all work
Maintaining machinery and ensuring safe working practices
Collaborating with production and design teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Previous experience in CNC machining (3-axis preferred)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Willingness to learn new software (training provided)
Experience with woodworking machinery is a plus
Must be able to drive and commute to our Birmingham site
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
