Our client, a fast-growing, market-leading engineering company specialising in the manufacture of our own specialist components through a state-of-the-art CNC machine shop. As part of continued expansion, we’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer Setter Operator to join the team.

CNC Programmer Setter Operator the role:
You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components. Working on a variety of machines and materials, your core responsibilities will include:
* Programming FANUC-based CNC machines
* Setting and operating various CNC machines
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Working with a range of materials and machining techniques
* Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Experience with CNC sliding head machines is highly desirable – but not essential, as training can be provided.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in CNC programming, setting and operating
* Strong knowledge of FANUC controls
* Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings
* Experience working with metals and various materials
* A methodical and quality-focused mindset
