CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Milling)

🛠 Role Overview

CNC Milling: Operate 3–5 axis mills with Fanuc or Heidenhain systems
*
Programming: Develop and adapt programs via CAD/CAM (PowerMill/PowerShape)
*
Setup & Operation: Set up tooling, fixtures and run parts to print spec
*
Quality & Documentation: Interpret engineering drawings, measure tolerances, perform inspections, and maintain production records
✅ Essential Requirements

Experience operating 3–5 axis CNC mills with Fanuc/Heidenhain controls
*
Solid ability to read and follow engineering drawings
*
Hands-on skills in tool selection, workholding, and quality checks
*
Advantageous: proficiency with PowerMill/PowerShape and offline programming
