Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Birmingham.

  * Set and operate CNC lathes and milling machines.

  * Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and consistently.

  * Maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

  * Work from engineering drawings and specifications where required.

  * Carry out machine adjustments and tooling changes to support production.

  * Contribute to a safe and productive engineering environment.

  * Develop existing CNC skills within a growing and supportive company.

Requirements:

  * Previous experience setting CNC lathes and milling machines.

  * Minimum 1 year's CNC experience preferred.

  * Ability to work from engineering drawings and specifications.

  * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  * Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
