Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced CNC Miller (Setter) to work for a High Tech organisation in Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Role: CNC Miller (Setter)
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities of the CNC Miller (Setter):
CNC Machining, and setting
Operation of 3,4 & 5 axis CNC milling machines.
Performing CMM inspection and production of inspection reports when required.
Using initiative to improve quality/throughput etc.
Working to scheduled lists.
Operate within a 5's manufacturing environment and to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality standards.About you:
Experience of working with a variety of materials to tight tolerances
Thorough experience of multi axis CNC machining
Use of inspection tools and CMM desirable.
Thorough experience of reading & interpreting component drawings and instructions
