Job Description

We are working with an automotive component manufacturer based in Witham who are looking for a CNC Setter Operator to join their night shift.

We are looking for people who can set and operate CNC Milling machines and be happy to work the night shift. 

Pay is up to £17ph + a 33% shift allowance.

The night shift hours are 9.30pm to 7.30am Monday to Thursday. This is a 38 hour week.

CNC Setter Operator duties:-

Set and operate 3 and 5 axis machines
Cutting and preparing materials
Work with aluminium, steel, plastics, epoxy tool boards and carbon fibre
Deburring and manueally finishing parts where requiredFor this role you must possess a good understanding of HAAS or Fanuc controls, be able to set tools, work offsets and adjust tool offsets when required.

This is a temporary to permanent position. The company has a full order book till early 2030's so do need people to go permanent after the temporary period.
