CNC Setter / Operator
£35,000 - £45,000 + 4-Day Working Week + Overtime + Company Benefits
Aylesbury (Commutable from: High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, Thame, Amersham, Chesham, Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes)
Are you a CNC Setter/Operator with CNC Lathe experience looking for a technically varied role with a 4-day working week and the opportunity to work on high-precision components?
On offer is a 4-day working week, technical variety and the opportunity to work within a specialist engineering environment with a stable workload and long-term progression opportunities.
This specialist engineering company works on the design and manufacture of high-precision components for demanding industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team.
This role would suit a CNC Setter/Operator or CNC Turner looking for a technically varied position, a 4-day working week and long-term stability.
The Role:
Setting, programming and operating CNC Lathes using Fanuc and Fusion 360
Reading engineering drawings and selecting tooling/machining strategies
Ensuring quality standards and production targets are consistently metThe Person:
CNC machining experience with proven CNC Lathe experience
Experience with Fanuc and Fusion 360 programming
Able to work independently and as part of a team
