CNC Setter Operator
Location: Erith
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: 4 day per week + overtime
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll be setting and operating a range of VMC and 5-axis CNC machines (Fanuc and Heidenhain) and will be involved in first-off inspections, small batch programming, and maintaining component quality.
* You’ll also operate manual machining equipment across milling, turning, grinding and marking, while working to tight tolerances and ‘right-first-time’ quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll have experience in:
* CNC setting and operating (Fanuc & Heidenhain controls)
* OneCNC or EdgeCAM software
* Reading engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing
* Using inspection tools to maintain tight quality control
* Manual and mechanical riveting
* Bonus if you have:
* Forklift licence
* EDM and surface grinding experience
* Familiarity with CNC turning and Microsoft Office
* A solid understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.
