Job Description
NexGen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Sliding Head Machinist for our well established client.
Our client are a market leading CNC manufacturer specialising within the Aerospace and Automotive industries. Due to company expansion our client are looking to expand their Sliding Head team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate sliding head machines
* First off inspection
* Changing tooling, fixtures and jigs
* Oversee the whole cycle run of the sliding head machines
Required Experience:
* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Ability to set and operate sliding head machines
* CADCAM experience (Desirable)
* Experience with either Star or Citizen machines
Hours of work: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
