(38 hour week Monday to Friday Days Only )

We’re hiring a CNC Programmer (Supervisor) for a precision breakdown machine shop in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC professional with leadership experience.
Role Details:
Pay: £19 - £19.50 per hour + overtime (time and a third)
Start Date: Immediate or can wait untl July
Overtime: Available
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operate, set, and program Siemens CNC Milling Centres (Fusion 360 or similar).
✔ Lead the nightshift team, ensuring productivity and quality.
✔ Conduct quality checks and oversee machine maintenance.
✔ Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Siemens CNC experience (programming, setting, operating).
* Siemens machinery
* Cam programming
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
* Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
* Manual machining and basic welding skills (desirable).
