Are you a CNC turner with experience using Siemens and Hurco lathes?
Are you looking to join a company who provide excellent in house training and monthly bonuses?
This company have been established for over 60 years, providing precision engineering solutions to multiple industries. They notably provide precision components to the MoD and aerospace industry. Having recently moved to a brand new facility in Huddersfield, they are now looking to expand their team, to help manage the increase in workload.
On offer is the opportunity to become a vital asset to the business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CNC turning for multiple lathes, including Siemens and Hurco brands. You will be trained in offline programming, as well as any machinery you are not already comfortable using, to develop your skillset and progress within the company.
This role would suit any CNC turner who has experience using Siemens and Hurco brands, looking to join a well-established company who offer exciting opportunities to progress your career.
The role:
Read technical drawings and blueprints
Set, operate and program the CNC lathes
Use CAM to adjust and calibrate the lathes
Work to highly precise tolerances
Maintain and clean the lathes to ensure quality maintenance of the machinery
Be involved in the design and manufacturing process with the team to develop your skillset
The person:
Experience operating Hurco and Siemens CNC lathes
Ability to reliably commute to Huddersfield daily
