CNC Setter Operator Turner

Sheffield

£37,783 + benefits

You’ll master high-precision aerospace manufacturing using the latest CNC technology, while boosting your skills with expert-led training.

Work with cutting-edge materials Titanium. Inconel and Nickel alloys to produce critical aerospace parts to exacting tolerances. You’ll sharpen your technical skills every day, thanks to a structured development programme that encourages progression.

What you’ll do

Working collaboratively with the Manufacturing Engineers you’ll set and operate advanced CNC machines, producing precision components that meet the highest aerospace standards. Every piece you work on contributes to aircraft safety and performance, so your expertise will have real impact.

With ongoing training, you’ll stay at the forefront of machining technology, expanding your knowledge of advanced materials and techniques. This will open doors to more complex projects and greater responsibility over time.

What you’ll need

  * Completion of an apprenticeship or time-served experience in machining.

  * Strong understanding of CNC operations and precision manufacturing.
