Job Description

CNC Setter 

Leamington Spa

£15.91ph

 06:00 to 2:45pm Monday to Thursday, 0600 to 12:00 midday Friday

Temporary Position

GI Pro are recruiting for a CNC Setter for our precision engineering client based in Leamington Spa. The role will setting and operating a range of CNC Turners including Doosan's and Lynx's.

The role:

* You will be setting and operating CNC Turning machines

* Working on vertical and horizontal machines

* The machines include both Doosan and Lynx machines

* Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality

* Reading and using measuring equipment such as comparators, micrometers and calipers

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Person Specification:

* CNC Setting experience is essential

 * Ideally worked with CNC Turning machines but not essential

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Positive and pro-active approach

The benefits:
