Set up and programme CNC Turning machines for precision tasks
Monitor operations, ensuring accuracy and quality
Conduct inspections to meet tolerances and standards
Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance
Document production data and machine settings
Adhere to safety protocols and troubleshoot machine issues
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience with CAD/CAM software
Commitment to safety and quality
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Familiarity with GD&T principles
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
