CNC Turner - Clacton-on-Sea - 4-day week - £29,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Set and maintain CNC sliding head lathes within a dedicated production cell
Deliver consistent high-quality output, maintaining close tolerances
Work collaboratively with programmers and operators to improve efficiency and processes
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a CNC Turner, ideally with sliding head lathes
Knowledge of Citizen, Star, or Hanwha lathes is beneficial but not essential
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient with inspection equipment and confident understanding metrology reports
Experience with tooling selection and optimisation strategies
