Job Description

Position: CNC Turner Location: Worcestershire Salary: up to £33k basic + 20% shift allowance (OTE up to £40k) Shifts: Double days (WK1 – 5.30am-1.30pm, WK2 – 1.30pm-9.30pm) The Company: Machine Tools Manufacturer The Role: • Programming, setting & operating Integrex & QT machines. • Producing a wide & varied range of high tolerance parts which are used in the manufacture of CNC machines. • Understand CNC controls & be able to program/edit/improve existing & new parts. • Work within a team of fellow engineers to strict health & safety guidelines & rules. • Play your part in promoting positive culture amongst staff by engaging in H&S improvements & kaizen initiatives. Requirements: • Have a solid understanding of programming & operating CNC controlled lathes. • Can demonstrate & have experience of safely using CNC controls. • Have a can-do attitude. • Prior experience working within a team in a busy manufacturing environment
