CNC Turner
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: Overtime available at time + ⅓
Saturday: Overtime available at time + ½
An established and growing precision engineering business in Rugby is looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join their team.
The Role:
Working on Star and Citizen sliding head lathes, you’ll be responsible for setting, operating, and producing high-precision components. The ability to programme or edit CNC programmes is a strong advantage and will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate Star & Citizen sliding head CNC turning centres
Produce precision components to tight tolerances and engineering drawings
Carry out basic programme edits (full programming preferred)
Use measuring equipment to perform quality checks
Work independently and manage workload effectively
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced CNC Turner with sliding head knowledge
Comfortable working on Star and/or Citizen machinery
Able to read technical drawings and use inspection equipment
Reliable, self-motivated and quality-focused
