A highly respected and long-established precision engineering company in Birmingham is looking for a CNC Turner to join their close-knit team. Job Overview
Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls
Producing precision-turned components for industries such as automotive, aerospace, packaging, and general engineering
Working from technical drawings to machine to tight tolerances
Contributing to a clean, well-run, ISO-accredited workshop environment
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in CNC turning (essential)
Confident programming with Mazatrol
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Milling experience is a bonus, but turning is the priority
A proactive, team-focused approach with a high standard of workmanshipBenefits
£17.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Fridays off every week
Stable, long-term role with an established company
Clean, well-equipped workshop with modern Mazak machines
Friendly, down-to-earth team culture
Overtime available (when needed)
Hours:
Monday to Wednesday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm
