Job Description
CNC Turner Miller – Mazak Intergrex i150 (or CNC Turning Experience)
Location: Birmingham (B19)
Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour (DOE)
Shifts:
* Monday to Wednesday: 15:00 – 23:00
* Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
* Friday: 07:30 – 12:30
The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled CNC Turner Miller to join their team in Birmingham (B19). The ideal candidate will have experience operating Mazak Intergrex i150 machines, though strong CNC turning/milling skills and a willingness to train on Mazak systems will also be considered.
Key Duties
* Programme, Set and operate CNC lathes, specifically the Mazak Intergrex i150
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed
* Conduct quality checks on finished parts
* Maintain machinery and ensure a safe, clean working environment
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as a CNC Turner is essential
* Experience with Mazak Intergrex i150 highly desirable
* Alternatively, must be willing to train on Mazak equipment
* Be capable of programming CNC.
* Confident in reading technical drawings
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
