JRS Associates have partnered with an exciting precision engineering company to recruit a CNC Turner with programming and cell-leading experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled team working with Nakamura multi-axis lathes, producing complex, high-precision components for specialist industries.
The Successful CNC Turner - Package:

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Shift: Days (early finish Friday)
*

The Successful CNC Turner - Role:
*
Programming, setting, and operating Nakamura CNC lathes.
*
Leading and running a cell, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output.
*
Working to tight tolerances and complex engineering drawings.
*
Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain quality standards.
*
Supporting colleagues and maintaining 5S/lean principles across the cell.
The Successful CNC Turner - Ideal Candidate:
*
Time-served CNC Turner with programming experience.
*
Proven ability to work with Nakamura lathes.
*
Experience leading or running a cell/production area.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-focused mindset.
*
Able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
