CNC Turner - Programmer | £18-£20/hr | 4-Day Week | Permanent | Poole
Are you a skilled CNC Turner with programming experience looking for your next challenge and supportive engineering team? We are looking for a CNC Turner - Programmer, Setter & Operator to join a well-established precision company based in Poole.
If you're experienced with Fanuc and Manual Guide controls and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-material environment, this could be your next long-term role!
What You'll Be Doing
Programming, setting & operating multi-axis CNC lathes (Fanuc + Manual Guide)
Working with a range of materials: mild steel, stainless steel, super duplex, brass, aluminium, plastics
Handling prototypes to medium batch runs
Using CNC bar feed systems
Performing first-off inspections using verniers, thread gauges and micrometres
Maintaining a tidy workstation and assisting with team training
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of Fanuc programming experience
Background in a subcontracting environment
Ability to run and switch between 2 machines independently
Confident in frequent changeovers & varied production
Reliable, proactive and detail-focused
What's in it for You?

Annual pay review after 3 months
Bonus potential based on individual & company performance
24 days holiday + Bank Holidays
4-day week - Mon to Thurs, 6:30am-5:00pm
