Mazco Recruitment are proud to be representing a precision engineering company in Dudley, who are looking to expand their team with an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator.
The Role:
*
Setting and operating CNC lathes, working on Miyano, Nakamura and Doosan machines
*
Working with both bar-fed and chucking setups
*
Producing precision components to tight tolerances
*
Adjusting offsets and ensuring quality standards are consistently met
*
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
*
Working to production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator
*
Confident in setting and operating CNC lathes
*
Some knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming adjustments is desirable
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
