Job Role: CNC Turner- Sliding Head Setter
Location: Keighley
Salary: Negotiable DOE
XCL Group are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner who has had past experience operating sliding head machines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that are offering a highly competitive salary to the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
* Setting and operating CNC sliding head lathes
* Loading raw materials into the machines
* Ensuring the batch work components are produced at a high standard
* Producing components anywhere from 50 off to 10000+ off
* Setting and operating the machines using Fanuc Controls to create high precision components
The ideal Candidate:
* Past experience setting and operating CNC sliding head lathes
* Previous experience working in a precision engineering environment
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* The ability to programme the machines is desirable, but not essential
* Must be hardworking and work well independently
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:15pm
Friday 7:00am – 12 noon
Overtime is paid at time and a half
