Mazco Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a precision engineering company in Watford to recruit a CNC Turner Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled CNC Turner looking to step into a leadership role and oversee a small team within a busy machine shop.
The Role
*
Lead a team of CNC Turners, providing guidance, training, and support.
*
Program, set, and operate CNC lathes – experience with Celos DMG Mori machines highly beneficial.
*
Contribute to the development of efficient machining processes.
*
Support continuous improvement and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
*
Work closely with production management to deliver projects on time.
The Candidate
*
Experienced CNC Turner, confident in programming, setting, and operating.
*
Knowledge of CAD/CAM programming preferred.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve processes.
*
A natural leader with good people skills, able to motivate and mentor others.
*
Ideal for a senior turner ready to progress into a Section/Team Leader role.
Package
*
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience.
