Are you an experienced CNC Turner or Miller looking for a stable, permanent role with a company that genuinely values its people?
Partnership Recruiting is working with a well-established engineering business near Ayr who are looking to grow their team of skilled CNC professionals. This company is known for its high-quality manufacturing services and strong reputation in the industry and even better, they have an exceptionally low staff turnover and offer long-term career stability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Programming and operating CNC machinery.
* Operating manual cylindrical and surface grinding machines.
* Performing machine setup and maintenance tasks.
* Conducting quality inspections on machined components.
* Recording equipment efficiency and keeping logs up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
* Strong programming and operating knowledge of Fanuc controls (Turners).
* Experience with Hurco or Fanuc (Millers).
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
