Job Role: CNC Vertical Borer
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £39,040.68 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with an Aerospace manufacturer in Leicester, who are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their team.
Job Duties:
Set, operate and program CNC vertical boring machines
Working with Webster Bennett, Doosan VTS and Hyundai
Working on medium to large components (600mm-1500mm)
Read and work from engineering drawings
Conduct inspections on parts and components
Using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres, gauges etc.
Support continuous improvement activities
Job Requirements:
Apprentice Trained or Time Served - CNC
Experience with Fanuc or Siemens
Able to read and work from engineering drawings
Happy to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
Salary & Shift:
Up to £39,040.68 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday, 6am - 3:45pm & 1:30pm - 9:15pm
