Pay Rate: £110–£160 per day

Collaborate and Lead Learning as a Co-Educator – Harlow
GSL Education are currently recruiting Co-Educators to support inclusive schools in Harlow. This role is ideal for experienced support staff ready to work side-by-side with teachers in delivering high-quality education and personalised support.
Role Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver and adapt lessons
• Provide academic and behavioural support to individuals and small groups
• Lead targeted interventions and help monitor pupil progress
• Contribute to lesson planning and classroom resource development
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and achievement-focused environment
What We're Looking For:
• Strong classroom experience in a support or teaching role
• Confident in delivering learning and managing small groups independently
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
