Key Responsibilities:
* Perform exterior train body repairs, including welding, rust removal, dent repairs, and panel replacement
* Overhaul interiors: floors, seating, ceilings, partitions
* Inspect, identify, and repair corrosion and structural damage
* Complete full carriage refurbishments to strict engineering and safety standards
* Operate power tools and pneumatic tools for high-precision repair work
* Ensure work meets rail safety regulations and quality specifications
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, on-time projects
Requirements:
* Time-served Coach Builder or equivalent certified qualification
* Skilled in metalwork, fabrication, and panel repairs
