Coachbuilder – Days & Nights
Winsford | Days: £16.44 – £17.08 p/h | Nights: £18.90 – £20.48 p/h
Bralin Recruitment are recruiting experienced Coachbuilders to join a leading manufacturer in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity to join either the specialist bodybuilding team or the production line, producing high-quality trailers and vehicle bodies.
The Role
As a Coachbuilder, you’ll be responsible for producing finished trailers and vehicle bodies to a high standard. You’ll work with a range of materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel, and aluminium, using both hand and power tools. The role involves reading technical drawings and carrying out tasks such as assembly, drilling, riveting, welding, grinding, and cutting.
Key Duties

Working from technical drawings and specifications
*
Assembling and finishing trailers and vehicle bodies
*
Using hand and power tools confidently
*
Meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards
*
Following clear instructions and working individually or as part of a team
*
Adhering to health & safety regulations and keeping the work area tidy
*
Minimising waste and using materials efficiently
What We’re Looking For
*
Experienced coachbuilders (commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing preferred)
*
Skilled in working with hardwoods, fibreglass, steel, and aluminium
*
Strong hand tool and fabrication skills
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*
Organised, proactive, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Shifts & Pay
*
Days: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm | £16.44 – £17.08 p/h
*
Nights: Monday – Thursday, 8:30pm – 6:00am | Friday, 7:30pm – 1:30am | £18.90 – £20.48 p/h
(Flexibility required – occasional weekend or evening work may be needed)
