Coating/Rewinding Machine Operator (Shift Work) in Milton Keynes
Responsibilities:
Operating coating and rewinding machines to ensure smooth production processes.
Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications.
Performing regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
Following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and productivity.Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of coating and rewinding processes is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality output.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
