Field Service Engineer – Coffee Machines
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 + company vehicle + benefits
Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for great coffee and great service? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team, visiting client sites to install, service, repair, and maintain our fleet of high-quality coffee machines.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where no two days are the same. You’ll be on the road, meeting customers, solving problems, and keeping their machines running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair commercial coffee machines at client sites
Carry out regular maintenance and fault diagnosis
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Complete service reports and ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently
About You
Previous experience working with coffee machines
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
