Field Service Coffee Machine Engineer Bristol/Wiltshire £38,000–£42,000 per year Company Vehicle Provided Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Field Service Coffee Machine Engineer to join our growing team, supporting premium clients across a range of venues and outlets. What’s on Offer Competitive salary (£38,000–£42,000 per year) Growth by Sharing Bonus Scheme Company vehicle & fuel card provided Tools, mobile phone, laptop, and PDA provided Standard working hours: 8:00am–5:00pm (with some flexibility) 22 days’ holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Overtime available (including 1 in 4 weekends, paid extra) Corporate parking app access (e.g. Ringo, PayByPhone) Full off-site training on all equipment Excellent working environment with a fun, supportive team Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of coffee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring machines are left in top working condition. Perform yearly PVIs on steam boilers (training provided if not certified). Attend customer sites within agreed SLAs, completing brand standard checks (brand-specific training included). Follow warranty and returns procedures accurately. Handle installations and customer training within your service territory. Ensure all equipment meets the agreed specifications for consistent coffee quality and first-time fixes. Work closely with the central service desk, keeping them and customers informed on progress. Maintain all company tools, equipment, and vehicles to a high standard. Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong, lasting relationships. About You A ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction. Confident and approachable, with strong communication skills. Strong electro-mechanical problem-solving abilities. Good IT literacy and a clean driving licence. Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel. Ideal Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field service engineer working on coffee machines. Hands-on experience with brands such as Schaerer, Carimali, Marco, and traditional barista equipment. Excellent understanding of coffee quality standards and brewing systems.
