Coffee Machine & Water Cooler Engineer
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Depot located in Burgess Hill - Area covered South East England (Field-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

Multi Trades Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected provider of commercial coffee machines and water coolers, supplying, installing, and maintaining equipment for offices and commercial properties across the South East.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Coffee Machine & Water Cooler Engineer to join their expanding field service team.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial coffee machines and water coolers, ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Working independently, you will manage your own daily schedule, visiting customer sites throughout the South East, with occasional travel further afield when required.
Key Responsibilities
  * Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water coolers.
  * Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
  * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing faults.
  * Replace components, parts, and consumables as required.
  * Perform water quality, hygiene, and safety checks in line with company procedures.
  * Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  * Deliver outstanding customer service and provide technical advice to clients.
  * Ensure all work complies with health & safety, hygiene, and company standards.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
  * Experience servicing coffee machines, water coolers, or similar equipment.
  * Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  * Basic plumbing knowledge.
  * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  * The ability to work independently and effectively manage a daily workload.
  * A full UK driving licence.
