Coffee Machine Service Manager
London & South East (Field & Office-Based)
£45,000 – £55,000 DOE
We’re looking for a hands-on Service Manager with a background in coffee machine engineering to lead and inspire a growing team across London and the South East.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coffee engineer ready to step into (or grow further in) a leadership role—overseeing 5 Field Service Engineers and back-office support staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service team, ensuring that installations, maintenance, and breakdowns are handled efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. You’ll use your technical knowledge and people management skills to deliver operational excellence and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and develop a team of Field Engineers and office-based staff
Oversee scheduling, job allocation, and workload management
Ensure service targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
Provide technical support and guidance to engineers when required
Liaise with customers to resolve escalations and ensure service quality
Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across the department
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a coffee machine engineer (essential)
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high standards
Technical problem-solving ability and hands-on knowledge of a range of commercial coffee machines
Full UK driving licence
