Job Title: Cold Roll Forming Setter
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Salary: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, approx. 07:00 – 15:30)
Company Overview:
We are a well-established manufacturer specialising in precision cold-formed steel components. Due to sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced Cold Roll Forming Setter to join our day shift team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate cold roll forming lines to produce steel profiles to specification.
Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve optimal product quality and efficiency.
Perform quality checks throughout the production run and record results.
Conduct basic machine maintenance and report faults as required.
Work closely with the production team to ensure targets and standards are met.
Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a setter in a cold roll forming environment.
Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine tooling and setup.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude.
