Cold Rolling Mill Setter & Operator – Steel Processing | Up to £15/hr | Black Country
Locations: Various sites across the Black Country, including Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and West Bromwich
Shifts: A mix of day and night shifts available
Pay Rate: Up to £15 per hour, depending on experience

You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating cold rolling mills to process a variety of steel products to specification. You’ll work alongside a skilled team in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate cold rolling mills to produce quality steel to customer requirements

Monitor production and ensure smooth operation throughout your shift

Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Complete quality checks and record results accurately

Follow health & safety guidelines and company procedures
