What’s in it for you? * Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm – no weekends * Competitive basic salary of £24,780 with realistic OTE of £35,000+ in year one * 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown, your birthday off, and option to buy additional holiday * Access to BHSF healthcare benefits, private medical appointments, mental health support, and death in service cover * Structured training, apprenticeships, and genuine career progression opportunities * Casual dress days, team socials, and long-service recognition * Free on-site parking and discounted travel options Key Responsibilities: As a Collections Advisor, you will: * Make outbound calls to customers to discuss outstanding balances and agree suitable payment solutions * Manage inbound customer calls, resolving account queries professionally and efficiently * Negotiate affordable repayment arrangements while balancing customer needs and business objectives * Take secure card payments over the phone in line with compliance procedures * Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems * Deliver outstanding customer service across every interaction * Build rapport with customers and support positive account resolution * Work towards individual and team performance targets Skills & Experience: To succeed in this role, you may have experience as a Collections Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Accounts Receivable Advisor, Debt Recovery Advisor, or Contact Centre Agent.
