Job Description
Customer Collections Agent
Office based: Blythswood Square, Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £23,500 per annum, plus earn up to £500 bonus per month
Monday to Friday: 35 hours per week, between 8am - 8pm No weekends!!
CCA Recruitment are looking for experienced passionate individuals who have previous experience working in a customer service focused role, whether you come from contact centre or retail, we are looking for those who can demonstrate their customer focused behaviours where they can demonstrate this on throughout calls with customers and help to resolve their financial queries/issues.
You will be responsible for:
Providing customers with solutions to their financial difficulties
Take ownership of customer accounts
Excellent negotiation skills and empathy required
Dealing with vulnerable customersYour sole purpose is to help support customers in financial difficulties and help them back to financial health as quickly as possible, you'll be there to help them find the right way forward and to help get them back on track. This could mean finding the best solution, providing the customer with the financial advice and helping the customer set up a repayment plan. You will speak with customers via telephone and emails, the focus will be finding the best outcome for each customer you speak too.
